We are looking for you with an HR-academic background or equivalent, preferably associated with some kind of business-related education. It’s considered an asset if you in addition to this have at least 10 years of experience from an HR line manager role in a company at upper management level. You move at ease between different levels in the organization and have no problems creating new relationships.
