Extended HR-team
Smile Tandvård is a dental organisation with 62 clinics in Sweden. Their vision is to create healthy smiles around Sweden. They achieve this by having strong teams and talented colleagues, such as dentists, dental nurses and dental hygienists – who exceed patients’ expectations every day.
Background
In connection with Tobias Seger, HR manager, Smile Tandvård, going on parental leave, there was a strong need to bring in external support that could maintain a strategic height – and work operationally with HR. To utilize several HR competencies, Smile Tandvård hired us at Sweden HR group. Even after Tobias came back from his parental leave, we were a complementary support to the already existing HR function.
