KGM Datadistribution is a company with specialist expertise in output data and it is way out in front with new technical solutions. The company has production facilities in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Sundsvall. Each year, it produces 210 million printed A4 pages and around 120 million postal mailings, and it produces and distributes around 100 million digital mailings.
KGM was facing a planned acquisition and tasked Sweden HR group with conducting HR due diligence, which also included a collective agreement comparison. During phase two, Sweden HR group led the integration of parts of the acquired business.
