John has extensive experience in both operational and strategic roles within HR. He primarily focuses on projects where he supports managers and leadership teams, as well as leads training sessions and projects in leadership, work environment, and process development. In addition, John is involved in our HR outsourcing assignments, where we take full responsibility for clients’ HR functions. In these assignments, he manages both operational HR work and strategic initiatives, including projects in organizational development.
