Together with the CEO and executive team, we viewed the business plan to, among other things, understand the skills and business culture that were required for the company to achieve its goals.

We initiated a process of cultural change together with the CEO and management team by defining desirable behaviors, like “how we do things around here” in order to achieve goals and vision. We implemented it through interactive exercises and activities with all employees while ensuring measurability to avoid arbitrary performance assessments.

At the same time, we identified the competencies and qualities that the company needed in the long run (e.g. target groups) and conducted a thorough audience analysis to find out what the target group is attracted to in terms of an employer. We held workshops internally to develop Lemontree’s true strengths as employers. The result was an offer from the employer that was true, relevant and competitive for the target group. We also developed an activity plan for Lemontree’s future work.

The entire project is measurable through relevant key figures linked to the business strategy. The results show there’s been a huge impact as well as a roadmap that engages all employees. The work then proceeded through an HR-manager, supplied by us, with responsibility for employer branding, recruitment, introductory programs and activities.

Lemontree supplies IT solutions for digitized information management. They are industry leaders in their niche, testing automation, and they have about 50 employees in Sweden and Norway. In order to maintain their position in the market, it was critical to work strategically to develop their employees and attract new talents.

“Sweden HR Group has provided us with long-term useful tools that simplify our everyday lives.”
